Just outside the main parts of Hervey Bay, this peaceful suburb feels like a world away, offering stunning countryside views, quiet walking trails, and natural bushland. It’s the perfect spot for couples who want a relaxed, intimate session or families who love the outdoors.

One of my favorite places to shoot in Nikenbah is around the Hervey Bay Historical Village. The rustic buildings, wooden fences, and charming vintage vibes make for a super unique backdrop, especially for couples who love a bit of character in their photos. If you’re after more of a natural, outdoorsy feel, the open paddocks near Chapel Road are absolutely stunning at sunset—the golden light against the tall grass creates such a soft, romantic atmosphere.

For families, there are plenty of wide-open spaces where kids can run, play, and just be themselves. The peaceful, country-style setting makes for such relaxed and authentic photos.
