Scarness is one of those classic Hervey Bay locations that has the perfect mix of beachy vibes and relaxed parkland settings. The foreshore here is absolutely stunning, with the long wooden jetty adding a lovely touch to your photos.

One of my favorite places to shoot in Scarness is around the beach near the foreshore park. The jetty creates gorgeous leading lines in photos, and the soft waves rolling in make for such a peaceful and romantic setting. The palm trees and wooden boardwalks nearby also add a lovely, tropical feel that works beautifully for family and couple sessions alike.

Scarness is also perfect for sunset sessions, with the golden light reflecting off the water and creating the dreamiest glow. If you’re after a relaxed, coastal session with that effortless, natural feel, this suburb is definitely one to consider.
